If we're a good fit, you'll receive your welcome guide, contract and invoice. Once everything is confirmed, your start date is booked.

Once your start date arrives, I'll design your website, guide you through any revisions, then connect your domain and launch your website once everything is approved.

Do you build online stores?

At this stage, I specialise in websites for service-based businesses and don't offer eCommerce websites.

How far in advance should I book?

Bookings will be opening later in 2026. If you're interested in working together, I recommend enquiring early so you can reserve your place and be ready to get started when bookings open.

How does payment work?

A 50% deposit is required to secure your project, with the remaining balance due before your website goes live.

What is the Website Planner?

The Website Planner is where you'll provide everything I need to build your website, including your business information, services, images and branding. It needs to be completed before your project start date so I can begin building your website straight away.

How long does the process take?

Most websites are completed within four weeks from your project start date, depending on the package you've chosen and how quickly revisions are received.

Are there any additional costs?

Yes. You'll need your own domain name and a Showit subscription to keep your website live. These are paid directly by you and aren't included in your website package.

Do we need to have meetings?

No. The entire process can be completed online through your Website Planner and email, making it simple and flexible. If you'd prefer a phone call, I'm always happy to chat.

Every website is built in Showit, an easy-to-use platform that gives you the flexibility to update your website without needing to know any code.

is there support after launch?

Yes! Every website includes 30 days of post-launch support to help with any questions or minor tweaks after your website goes live.
